Entry Requirements

A diploma in food and beverage service related areas or equivalent

Course Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays from :9.00am to 12 noon or 12 noon to 3.00pm or 3.00pm to 6.00pm

Examinations

There will be practical examinations throughout the course. A written examination will be conducted by City and Guilds in June or December each year.
